Esto es lo que haría :

Flexionaría sus habilidades de liderazgo, dirigiendo el trabajo de 2-5 miembros del equipo. Se asegurará de que las tareas asignadas se completen de manera segura, eficiente y con estándares de calidad. Nuestros líderes de cuadrilla supervisan cuadrillas en diversas líneas de servicio, incluyendo el mantenimiento básico, la instalación de jardines y servicios de apoyo como riego, administración de color estacional y aplicaciones químicas.

Sería responsable de :

  • Rendimiento y calidad :

Supervisar las operaciones diarias del sitio y delegar el trabajo a los miembros de la tripulación

  • Mantener un cronograma y garantizar que se cumplan las expectativas del servicio
  • Identificar formas más eficientes de realizar el trabajo
  • Satisfacción del cliente :

    • Presentar las inquietudes del cliente al gerente de producción y ayudar de manera proactiva a llegar a una resolución

  • Gestión de tripulación :

    • Proporcionar al director de producción comentarios sobre los miembros del equipo

  • Asistir al Gerente de Producción en el desarrollo y entrenamiento de los miembros del equipo.
  • Entrega de registros precisos del tiempo de la tripulación
  • La seguridad :

    • Asegurar que todos los miembros de la tripulación realicen su trabajo de manera segura y de acuerdo con las políticas de la empresa.

  • Asegurarse de que el equipo esté en buen estado de funcionamiento y reciba el mantenimiento preventivo adecuado
  • Anotar el uso de equipo y del mantenimiento de este.
