Program Manager Pay Rate : $21.00-$24.00 (based on education and experience)
Program Hours : Monday-Friday, 3 : 20 P.M. - 6 : 00 P.M. EST

Responsibilities
- Safety & Joy : Model safety and joy standards, support a team of staff, keep site documents and licensing standards up to date, outline attendance protocols, behavior policies, safety procedures, and ensure program tasks are completed effectively. Provide continual coaching to foster respectful relationships among staff to address challenges and maintain team cohesion and productivity.
- Safety Assurance : Support and report on safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all participants; identify and submit proof of MMR as required.
- 18+ years of age requirement.
- Proof of High School diploma / GED required.
Qualifications
Experience balancing competing priorities and delivering quality service to stakeholders.High school diploma or GED completed.Experience working with children and knowledge of unique and special needs.Coursework or training in child development or related field.Strong communication skills (oral, written, and visual) with adults and children.Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community.Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.Georgia State Requirements
Ability to meet state-specific requirements; First Aid and CPR in-person.Cleared tuberculosis test.Short & Long Term Disability.(Director in regulations) 21 years or older + one of the following : CDA with 6 months of qualifying experience, or various approved alternative credentials and experience as outlined by state requirements.Benefits & Perks
