About the Role
As Manager of Activation Strategy, you will lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, translating strategic plans into actionable workflows and measurable outcomes. You’ll oversee campaign operations, manage a high-performing team, and ensure flawless execution across email, SMS, Social, Display, and other digital channels. Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership :
Lead end-to-end execution of multi-touch campaigns based on strategic briefs.Develop and optimize workflows using platforms like Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, and MessageBird.Manage deployment calendars, QA processes, and performance metrics (e.g., inbox placement, bounce rates, engagement).Cross-Team Collaboration :
Partner with strategy, creative, analytics, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment and impact.Educate internal teams and clients on deployment best practices and platform capabilities.Team Leadership :
Assemble, lead, and motivate a team of highly driven activation strategists.Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and data-driven decision-making.Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within your team.Project Planning and Implementation :
Gather campaign requirements, timelines, and deliverables from stakeholders.Translate campaign plans into executable ongoing and one-time campaigns across multiple channels.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.Successfully led a team focused on campaign deployment for a minimum of 2 years.Required Skills
Tool Proficiency : Expertise in marketing automation and CRM platforms.Familiarity with A / B testing, personalization, and dynamic content.Knowledge of CAN-SPAM Act requirements, including opt-out mechanisms, sender identification, and truthful subject lines.Must be a detail-oriented, creative thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills
Industry Expertise : Familiarity with the Automotive, CRM, and / or Media sectors. Understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.Quick Learning : Aptitude for rapidly grasping complex business operational concepts. Adaptability to changing environments and emerging trends.Business Consulting : Ability to communicate campaign deployment best practices and methodologies. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Requirements Gathering Experience : Comfortable designing, documenting, and working with offshore teams to implement marketing programs.
