We are seeking a motivated and experienced Nurse Administrator (RN or LPN) with entrepreneurial ambition to lease and operate a residential assisted living facility in Durham, NC. The property is designed for up to 7 residents

Responsibilities

As the tenant / operator under your own LLC, you will be responsible for :

• Establishing and managing your assisted living business.
• Obtaining and maintaining state and local licensure / compliance.
• Hiring, training, and supervising caregivers and staff.
• Ensuring quality of care and adherence to all regulations.
• Marketing and filling available beds.
• Coordinating with families, healthcare providers, and regulators.
