Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Job Overview : We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental conditions. This role involves delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy to help clients achieve their behavioral and developmental goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1 : 1 therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
- Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by the supervising BCBA.
- Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Attend regular supervision sessions and training as required.
- Adhere to all ethical guidelines and standards outlined by the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board).
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred).Current RBT certification (or willingness to complete RBT training and certification).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for sessions.What We Offer
