Kids In Tech is dedicated to providing engaging, hands-on STEM education to young learners, equipping them with the skills needed to succeed in the modern world. We are seeking a full-time Experienced Program Coordinator to lead educational initiatives across Greater Lowell and Greater Boston. We offer this position a competitive salary of $60,000 - $68,000 / year .

This is a full-time educational position , requiring both in-person and remote work. The role involves travel to multiple school sites, participation in evening and weekend events as needed, and a flexible schedule based on program and event requirements.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN EXPERIENCED PROGRAM COORDINATOR

DAY-TO-DAY

As an Experienced Program Coordinator, you will oversee the implementation of STEM programming across multiple school sites, ensuring students receive high-quality learning experiences. You will provide mentorship and real-time coaching to program coordinators, supporting staff onboarding and training. You will represent Kids In Tech at school events and community meetings, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities also include assisting with curriculum updates, managing logistics such as scheduling and material preparation, and analyzing attendance and evaluation data to assess program effectiveness. Additionally, this position requires participation in occasional evening and weekend events to support the organization's outreach and engagement efforts.
