Parallel Employment Group is looking for an enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing team! In this role, you will support the recruiting process by coordinating candidate interactions, managing schedules, and assisting with various recruitment tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and have a passion for connecting talented individuals with meaningful job opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle from job postings to candidate sourcing and scheduling interviews.
- Communicate with candidates to keep them informed throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate interview schedules for hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate tracking of applicants.
- Collaborate with the HR team to create and update job descriptions and recruitment materials.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires.
- Contribute to recruitment strategies and outreach initiatives to attract diverse talent.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in recruiting or human resources is preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Ability to work well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.#ind456
