Job Requirements

  • Active Florida Medical License (Plenary) – REQUIRED
  • Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Practice – REQUIRED
  • Geriatrics Certification – Preferred
  • DEA Registration – REQUIRED
  • At least 1 year of experience with elderly / frail population
  • Supervisory experience – REQUIRED
  • Strong chronic disease management and physical assessment skills
