Occupational Therapist – Acute Care (Days)

Location : Salina, KS

Compensation : $36.60–$45.00 / hour (based on education and experience)

Schedule : Full-time Day Shift | Weekend requirements discussed at interview | Possible on-call

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs. Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop customized occupational therapy treatment plans

Implement and adapt treatment strategies in accordance with patient progress

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care

Educate patients and families on continued therapy and recovery techniques

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy (Master’s preferred)

Kansas Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility)

CPR / BLS certification (must be obtained within 90 days of employment)

Hospital experience preferred
