Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide virtual services to students across multiple campuses in Texas. This role includes conducting evaluations, delivering direct therapy services, and collaborating with school staff and families to ensure students receive the support they need to thrive in their educational environments.

The district utilizes Empower IEP , making it simple to manage documentation, compliance, and progress monitoring in one streamlined system.

What Youll Do :

Provide virtual occupational therapy services to students across multiple campuses

Conduct evaluations, write detailed reports, and contribute to IEP development

Deliver direct therapy sessions to address fine motor, sensory, and functional skills

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support skill development in classrooms and at home

Participate in virtual IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Empower IEP in accordance with Texas state, district, and federal requirements

What You Bring :

Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy

Active Texas OT license

Minimum of 3+ years of experience , with school-based experience strongly preferred

Familiarity with IEP development, accommodations, and progress monitoring

Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and digital therapy tools

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace
