Evaluating patients’ functional status and occupational therapy needs, consulting with physicians to develop therapy plans. Observing, recording, and reporting patient responses to treatment and any changes in their condition. Instructing and informing the healthcare team, patients, and their families about the plan of care, functional limitations, and progress towards goals. Completing patient evaluations and developing OT plans of care within state-specific guidelines, reporting outcomes to the nurse supervisor within 24 hours. Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Arizona. Current CPR certification. A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
