Maintenance Coordinator

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Maintenance Coordinator position. Location : TAMU - 600 Agronomy Road, College Station, TX 77843. (Openings at other locations within school district available) Note : online applications accepted only.

Schedule : Full-time schedule; Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm. More details upon interview. (Full and Part Time with the flexibility to meet most scheduling needs)

Requirement : Prior administrative experience is required.

Pay Range : $14.00 per hour to $17.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary : Provide administrative support and customer service for SSC staff and customers at Texas A&M University. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide various administrative support for Shop Managers and Supervisors within Maintenance.
• Answer the telephone and provide general information and assistance to customers; operate standard office equipment.
• Prepare correspondence, forms and other documents; assist in data collection and data entry; maintain paper and electronic files and records; may assist in the preparation and proofing of written materials.
• Works with the AiM system. Research work requests, produce shop reports, and work with the supervisors on aging work orders.
• Provide customer service, contact customers, provide status updates, act as the point-of-contact (POC) when Aggieworks is unable to reach supervisor or the zone POC.
• Supports department strategic goals and objectives and ensures overall policies promote the efficient and safe operation of the unit.
• Provide support on special project assignments.
• Perform related and other departmental duties as required.
