Managing relationships with new and renewal commercial lines clients. Offering risk analysis services, identifying coverage gaps, and advising clients on optimal risk reduction strategies. Possessing an entrepreneurial mindset (creative and growth focus). Providing an exceptional client service experience. Maintaining Murray & MacDonald's cultural standards for its stakeholders (clients, prospects, shareholders, employees, carriers, and community). Displaying a proactive, positive, enterprising, constructive, team-centered mindset. Must have or be willing to obtain a P&C and LAH license. Proficiency in IT. Insurance agency / carrier experience is a plus.
