Were looking for a Territory Sales Executive (TSE) who thrives in prospecting, outreach, and market-building. This is a front-line role that combines business development with community-buildinghelping dentists and local businesses discover Firesides solutions while fueling our sales pipeline for long-term growth.

Were a B2B company selling to independent and group dental offices, and we move fastsales cycles are short, and the impact is immediate. As a TSE, youll focus on opening new dental accounts, generating interest among local businesses for advertising placements, and have the flexibility to provide more and more services over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open and Qualify Dental Accounts : Identify and connect with independent and group dental practices, introduce the Fireside membership model, and close the business.
  • Fuel Revenue Growth for Dental Offices : Educate practices on Firesides in-office television service and how ad placements create new revenue streams.
  • Generate Local Ad Opportunities : Prospect and pitch small business owners in local markets to gauge interest in advertising inside dental offices.
  • Pipeline Development : Build and maintain a steady pipeline of both dental practices and advertiser prospects through outreach, events, and community presence.
  • Market Expansion : Help Fireside break into new territories by mapping out target dental offices and small businesses, and driving initial conversations.
  • Field Engagement : Spend meaningful time in your territoryattending local events, networking, and meeting prospects in person to build trust and credibility.

What You Bring

  • 13 years of experience in sales development, business development, or market development (experience in advertising / media sales or healthcare a plus).
  • Strong prospecting and outbound outreach skills (cold calls, email, in-person introductions).
  • Curiosity and ability to quickly learn and explain the value of new services to both dentists and business owners.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Resilient and persistent when connecting with new prospects.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-activity environment.
