The Opportunity As a Medical Assistant at IPI, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, mission-driven team that thrives on delivering exceptional care. You’ll support interventional pain procedures, manage patient flow, and help ensure a smooth clinic experience. This is a role for someone who’s organized, adaptable, and passionate about helping people feel better — often when they need it most. Clinical Support Prepare injections and solutions for pain management procedures Clean, prepare, and sterilize instruments and surgical equipment Follow physician orders, protocols, and safety procedures precisely Patient Care & Coordination Collect patient data including vital signs and medical history Coordinate information between patients, physicians, and staff Check patients in and out with professionalism and efficiency Administrative Duties Perform clerical tasks such as answering phones and filing reports Manage pre-authorizations and maintain accurate, organized charts Assist in coordinating physician schedules and appointments IPI follows all recommended safety protocols, including masks, face shields, and hand sanitizers to protect both staff and patients.
