What's a Typical Day Like as an Invoice Analyst?

As a vital member of our finance team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our invoicing processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

Generating Accurate Invoices : Apply customer contract provisions to produce precise invoices, estimates, and quotes that reflect contractual agreements.

Ensuring Accuracy : Analyze invoices for internal corrections before submission, verifying sales order materials and labor charges for accuracy.

Account Reconciliation : Reconcile customer accounts with their accounts receivable to ensure seamless financial operations.

Timeliness and Compliance : Meet and exceed internal and customer metrics related to invoice timeliness and accuracy, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

The Invoice Analyst Role Might Be Perfect for You If You Have :

Advanced Excel Skills : Proficiency in Excel is essential for data analysis and reporting.

Educational Background : A Bachelor's degree or progress towards one, complemented by relevant work experience.

Analytical Mindset : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex financial scenarios.

Preferred Experience : Experience in Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable, particularly related to aircraft engine repairs, and familiarity with SAP is highly desirable.
