General Manager – Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $55,000–$58,000
- Annual bonus potential up to 1% of store sales (averaging $15,000 / year)

General Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant leadership roleProven ability to coach, develop, and inspire a teamComfortable working weekends, evenings, and holidays as neededMust be able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 30 lbsValid U.S. work authorization and driver’s licenseServSafe certification is a plusGeneral Manager – Must Haves
