Salary : $1,600-$1,800+ / per week DOE

Overview :

• We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Responsibilities :
• Supervise and manage all aspects of construction projects
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
• Manage project budgeting and financials
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders
• Experience :
• The ideal candidate should possess the following skills :
• Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore
• Experience with budgeting and cost control
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong supervisory skills to lead on-site construction teams
• Knowledge of construction contracts and legal requirements
• Familiarity with tools like Bluebeam and Adobe
• Ability for some travel
