Appointment Setter

A&M Home Services is seeking an energetic and personable Appointment Setter to join our marketing and sales team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities by engaging with homeowners in neighborhoods where our crews are actively working. The Appointment Setter will introduce A&M Home Services, share information about our roofing and exterior services, and set free estimate appointments for our project estimators.

This is an excellent position for a motivated individual who enjoys face-to-face interaction, being outdoors, and representing a respected local brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow daily schedules provided by the Production Manager and Marketing Manager, working in the vicinity of active roofing installations.
• Knock on doors, introduce A&M Home Services, and offer free inspections and estimates for roofing, siding, gutters, and other exterior services.
• Use approved scripts to engage homeowners and answer basic questions.
• Hang door hangers at homes where no one answers the door.
• Place A&M yard signs at active job sites and, with permission, at supportive neighbors' properties.
• Collect homeowner contact information and set confirmed appointments for project estimators.
• Track and report daily activities, including number of doors knocked, conversations, leads generated, and appointments scheduled.
• Represent A&M Home Services with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude at all times.
