Emergency Room RN Supervisor Position Summary :
The Clinical Supervisor in collaboration with the Director is responsible for the continuous safe operation of the assigned department including all aspects of patient care, staffing, fiscal responsibility and strategic goals of the unit. The Clinical Supervisor is a designated leader responsible for implementation, supervision, and evaluation of safe patient care while promoting a safe environment for employees, families, and visitors. The Clinical Supervisor maintains clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the ages, developmental stages, and special needs of the population.
