Hours / Schedule :
Weeks 1&3 : Sunday off, Monday 8 : 15am-5pm, Tuesday 8 : 45am-4pm, Wednesday 8 : 45am-5pm, Thursday 8 : 15am-5 : 30pm, Friday 8 : 45am-5pm, Saturday Off
Weeks 2&4 : Sunday off, Monday 8 : 15am-5 : 30pm, Tuesday off, Wednesday 8 : 45am-5 : 30pm, Thursday 8 : 15am-5 : 30pm, Friday 8 : 15am-5 : 30pm, Saturday 8 : 15am-12pm
38-40 hours / week

Description :
Responsible for handling basic transactions for customers in a friendly and efficient manner, in conformance with the established policies and procedures. Also responsible for maintaining and balancing a teller window, providing high quality customer service and cross selling Bank products and services.
Essential duties and responsibilities :
Represents the Bank to customers in a courteous, professional mannerProcesses transactions in an enthusiastic, courteous, and prompt manner in conformance with policies and proceduresProvides customers with outstanding serviceCross sells Bank products to customersMaintains and balances a teller drawerViews basic account history and answers account questionsProcesses Vertex transactions including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, money orders, cashier's checksAnswers the phone and assists customers as neededProcesses check orders / reordersProcesses cash advancesProcesses stop paymentsProcesses changes of addressProcesses coin ordersProcesses wire transfersUnlocks and resets digital banking accessProcesses Add on CD deposits / batchingAll other duties as assignedThese additional duties may be assigned based upon branch need :

High School Diploma or GED requiredPrior banking experience preferred6 months or more related experience in customer service and cash handling requiredMust comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act and the requirements of the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
