Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health

Location : Lima, OH | Start : 10 / 13 / 2025 | Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : Days, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM | Hours / Week : 40 | No Call

Weekend Requirements : Every Other Weekend

Assignment Overview :

As a Home Health RN, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, following the Health System’s mission, vision, values, policies, and procedures. You are responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using age-specific criteria. You will also assist in directing and teaching non-RN staff, including LPNs, PCTs, and Unit Secretaries. Flexibility with scheduling is required.

Requirements :

3+ years of Home Health experience

Experience with OASIS, Home Care Home Base, and Point of Care documentation

BLS (AHA) required

Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and patient-focused care
