UAT LEAD

Position Title : UAT Lead

Job Description :

Performs required business testing on technical solutions to ensure that new product, process, learning program or other technical changes introduced to customers and / or employees meet business requirements. Reduces risk by finding and fixing problems in advance of production; helps projects achieve expected benefits; and addresses regulatory requirements.

Must Have Requirements :

• 10+ years of software testing experience in close coordination with Business stakeholders
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Delivery Framework.
• 8+ years Experience in Financial / Banking domain.
• Expertise in testing process for Waterfall and Agile projects
• Good understanding of Test Automation frameworks
• 8+ Experience on Test Management tools like ALM, JIRA
• Retail Bank Branch applications experience preferred TPSS / TPT (Touch Point Sales and Services / Touch Point Teller) or Retail Banking
