Nursing Assistant
The Nursing Assistant is responsible for providing patient care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. This role supports patients with activities of daily living and helps maintain a safe and clean environment.

Position Qualifications :
License / Certification / Education Required : High School Diploma or equivalent, Current CPR certification (CPR / BLS required within 30-days of hire if not currently certified).
Experience / Skills Required : Must meet at least one of the following : One year of nursing assistant experience, Completion of a nursing assistant training program, Current nursing assistant certification (CNA), Participation in the MRMC nursing assistant training program. Unless certification, licensure or registration is required, an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in this description may be substituted for the above requirements.
