Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse

Mosaic is looking for a  Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)  to join our team!

We're hiring a compassionate nurse to help people with disabilities achieve their best health. You'll provide daily medical support, from administering medications to promoting healthy living.

Here's what you'll be doing :

• ?‍⚕️ Coordinating medical services for the people we serve.
• ? Conducting health assessments and creating personalized healthcare plans.
• ? Training new staff on healthcare procedures.
• ? Providing on-call assistance when needed.

SCHEDULE :   Evenings  (3-11pm) 40 hrs / week, rotating weekends /   Part Time Nights  (11-7am) 20 hrs / week, rotating weekends.

What YOU’LL Need :

• Associate's degree required / RN - Bachelor's degree preferred
• State license required in nursing with no restrictions
• 1 years of general nursing experience or 3 years CNA / Med Aide experience –  NEW GRADUATES WELCOME!
• Must be able to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds.
• Valid Driver's license
