Nxt Property Management is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Leasing Agent to join our team at "Cherry Hill" in Orem, UT! This role is all about helping future residents find their perfect home while providing exceptional service to our current residents. If you're friendly, organized, and excited about working with people, this could be the perfect fit for you.

What You'll Do

Welcome and assist prospective residents with tours, calls, and online inquiries
Provide outstanding customer service through timely follow-up and support
Help residents with scheduling work orders and managing their files
Support community operations with administrative tasks and resident communication

What We're Looking For

Knowledge of Fair Housing laws

Sales experience (6+ months)

Multifamily housing experience (6+ months)

Familiarity with Entrata software
