Authority to stop / allow orders within prescribed limits.

managers.
Authority to request / instruct special shipping instructions.Authority to process customer credits for returned goodsand billing issue
Familiarity and skilled in using computer system (which
is to include : SAP, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and
the internet)
