Responsibilities

We have an immediate opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with Life Science experience. Do you thrive on running a project team by driving the growth and development of project team members? Do you love developing critical relationships with internal and external clients? In this position you will lead a team responsible for numerous construction management related tasks including, project execution, financial management, and delivering projects the Shawmut way while achieving financial control and profit goals for each project.

Base Salary Range : $145,000 to $190,000 The range stated is specific to Los Angeles. Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, project size capability (for Con & Field roles), and internal company equity.
