As a CNA , your role will be essential in assisting our residents with their daily activities, including toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. You'll also contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while collaborating with Nurses and teammates to provide high-quality, person-centered care. We seek compassionate and dependable team players who find joy in supporting the well-being of seniors.

Position Type : Full-Time

Shifts Available :

  • Day : 7 : 00 am to 7 : 00 pm
  • Night : 7 : 00 pm to 7 : 00 am

Location : 2571 Guthrie Ave, Des Moines, IA 50317

Key Responsibilities :

  • Inform the Nurse of any changes you observe in residents.
  • Assist residents with bathroom visits.
  • Engage and comfort residents through pleasant conversation.
  • Respond to residents' call buttons promptly.
  • Provide residents with drinks and snacks.
  • Change and freshen bedding.
  • Assist residents in changing to clean clothing.

    • Qualifications :

  • Current IA Nursing Assistant certification required.
  • Genuine desire to aid aging adults with their daily needs.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents and staff.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent work schedule.
