MEP Project Support Client Representative

Global Engineering Talent has been appointed to help scale delivery teams on some of the most complex industrial and manufacturing projects in the market. We are now seeking an experienced professional to join our clients lean, high-performing team to support their MEP Director in driving forward major projects.

The Role

You will work closely with the MEP Director to oversee and support delivery across large-scale projects valued at $20m+ . Acting as a client representative within a compact, agile team, you will :

• Review workloads, project deliverables, and work packages.
• Monitor and understand billable hours to ensure commercial integrity.
• Protect the clients position while maintaining progress on site.
• Challenge and interrogate proposals, schedules, and technical solutions.
• Ensure utility interfaces and MEP systems are fully considered on complex builds.

About You

The ideal candidate will bring a General Contractor (GC) background with proven experience delivering MEP schemes on major projects. You will have :
