Work Schedule : Monday – Friday onsite Flexible (21 hours / week)

Job Description :

  • Manages the daily accounting operations for the School up to and including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
  • Processes semi-monthly payroll.
  • Reconciliation of bank and credit card statements.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of ADP and FUND E-Z accounting software preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills is an essential qualification.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
