We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Specialist to provide outstanding customer service and support to our customers.

What You'll Do

• Respond to incoming phone and email contacts / inquiries from wholesale & eCommerce customers in a professional and efficient manner
• Mitigate customer escalations through effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Monitor and respond to customer interactions, including but not limited to TikTok messages and product reviews; manage return inquiries and ensure timely and accurate processing of refunds
• Simultaneously handle cross-functional tasks, including calls, emails, data processing, and order processing
• Monitor online listings for MAP violations and communicate with customers to correct listings, maintaining detailed records of violations
• Support the wholesale team by conducting customer follow-up calls, assisting with payment collection, and processing orders efficiently
• Leverage multiple systems and tools to effectively handle customer inquiries
• Provide support to the Finance team as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned
