Operations Manager For Remanufacturing Center

As the operations manager for the REMAN Center in Bolingbrook, you will be responsible for REMAN Center operations and report to the General Manager of Accelleron's Remanufacturing Center in Bolingbrook.
In this role, you will manage and supervise a team of team leads and service technicians and be responsible for the workshop operations. Your responsibility :
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the remanufacturing workshop to ensure that remanufacturing components are received, evaluated, and repaired according to remanufacturing guidelines
- Create & maintain a positive work environment for the company. Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guide, motivate and develop direct & indirect subordinates within HR policies
- Define and implement the processes required to achieve the required factory output in close collaboration with the production development team
- Maintain compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations, assess risks and safety hazards and implement actions to ensure people and equipment safety
- Ensure that all processes and activities are executed in line with internal and external guidelines; ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental directives, and ensure instructions and regulations are implemented well within the team
- Ensure that all quality documentation is completed timely and accurately, and appropriately e-filed per process
Your background :
University degree in mechanical engineering, ideally with focus on turbomachinery / production techniquesProfound leadership and project management experienceFamiliarity with safety regulations, including those outlined by OHSAYour compensation :
