As a Permanent Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic engineering team. This position offers an opportunity to display your expertise in maintenance supervision and to make a significant impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. You will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring all equipment is in optimal working condition, and implementing maintenance strategies that align with our company goals. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong dedication to safety and quality.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems, and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing them with the necessary training and support to ensure their professional growth.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify any potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule repairs and routine maintenance, minimizing downtime and ensuring the smooth operation of all equipment.
• Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Maintain records of maintenance work and repairs, utilizing this data to predict future maintenance needs and to develop strategies for improving the longevity and performance of equipment.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in maintenance technology and processes, incorporating these into our operations where applicable.

Qualifications :

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisor role within the engineering industry.
• Extensive knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment operations, and safety regulations.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software and other relevant computer applications.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to train and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with various departments and levels of management.
• A commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with a willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.
