Description :

A resume and license verification also need to be attached.

County criminal background check for the last 7 years for all counties lived and worked.

Federal criminal background check for the last 7 years or more.

Multi-state criminal search for the last 7 years or more.

Social security number trace.

2-Step PPD or Quantiferon or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray.

SAM search.

Washington State background with fingerprints (facility-run).

Position urgency : Normal.

Holiday coverage is not required.
