As the Proposal Coordinator , you will have the opportunity to :
- Coordinate and handle the less complex RFPs, execute directions from PM and other SMEs
- Contribute to the success of quality outputs and enforcing brand, written content and accuracy
- Tailor resumes for appropriate subject matter
- Run queries and be adept at using PEL, PW
- Drive best practice and timely responses with a diverse team of SMEs
- Meet deadlines and drive schedule to achieve delivery requirements Familiar / usability with InDesign and PowerPoint
Black & Veatch's Business Enablement consists of critical groups that help enable the organizations people, projects, and businesses to be as successful as possible. Functions in this group include Digital & Information Technology, Global Finance, Global Human Resources, Legal, Risk Management, and Government Affairs and Real Estate and Building Services.
RFP organization and planning.Proposal file setup and management.Proposal Client Messages organization, dissemination and tracking.Meeting coordination.Meeting minutes and action item list maintenance, distribution and follow-up.Proposal Team Contact distribution list creation and maintenance.Proposal status tracking and distribution.Standard Proposal document creation and development.Support proposal creation.Bachelor's degree preferred. InDesign and PPT experience a plus.
