Bulk Plant Operator - Sayre, PA.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop necessary skills to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot bulk plant equipment.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and labeling delivered materials.
• Perform equipment maintenance, including blowdown activities, under supervision.
• Participate in safety meetings, complete safety observations, and follow Job Safety Analysis (JSA) guidelines.
• Assist with material loading into hoppers and equipment spotting at the bulk plant.
• Conduct valve alignment checks on bulk equipment with guidance.
• Adhere to quality assurance and control measures within the bulk plant.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bulk plant.
• Complete required training, QHSE, and competency tasks related to the role.
• Assist in the transportation scheduling and acid blending processes, as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
