Anders Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Yakima, Washington.

Years of Experience? Minimum 2.5 -3 years of experience (Home health highly preferred; mixture of home health, inpatient / outpatient experience is preferred)

Patient Types :

Entity county of Yakima, large Spanish speaking community

Ortho, knees / hip replaces, discharges, deconditions, fall risk patients, neuro patients post stroke

Patient Ratios : Average about 5 patients / day. (25 RVU / week; consists of routine visits and evaluations)

Required Licensure Certifications :

Gradated of an accredited school of Physical Therapy

WA State PT License

BLS

OASIS certificationpreferredbut not required
