As a Junior Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to support day-to-day setup, collection, harmonization, visualization, and analysis for prominent political campaigns, national committees, faith-based nonprofits, and conservative-minded organizations.
This role offers exposure to diverse data platforms and tools, enabling you to make a significant impact on how the team understands client data and campaign trends with digital fundraising, voter outreach, and persuasion initiatives.
Responsibilities Handle pulling, cleaning, and organizing data from ad platforms like Meta, Google, X and more, along with Google Analytics 4, Salesforce, and Google Big Query Maintain business intelligence infrastructure across tools like Datorama, Claude, Looker Studio and Google Sheets Complete data audits and analysis to ensure product quality and troubleshoot issues as they arise Assist with data measurement setup like Google Tag Manager, site tracking, client onboarding, and overall performance reviews Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required Passion for Republican politics Background in data preferred, but not required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and / or Google Sheets Proficient knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 Background in BI tools like Datorama, Looker Studio Background in basic SQL or strong willingness to learn Ability to manage multiple task deadlines Organized, flexible, and able to work both independently and with the team BONUS :
