As a Front End Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of key departments including Order Entry, Call Center, Onboarding, Medical Records, and Quality Improvement. Reporting to the General Manager you’ll manage teams, optimize workflows, and deliver high-quality outcomes that enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead and Develop Teams
Recruit, onboard, and train team members to meet operational standards and regulatory requirements.Foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability by coaching and mentoring staff.Conduct regular performance reviews, address feedback, and implement development plans.Oversee leads and supervisors, ensuring they are fully supported, trained, and aligned with company goals.Drive Operational Excellence
Monitor team productivity and ensure performance meets or exceeds established standards.Manage workflows, adjust priorities as needed, and ensure adherence to deadlines.Streamline processes to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality across departments.Collaborate on the seamless onboarding of new facilities, ensuring accurate setup and efficient transitions.Oversee Key Department Functions
Ensure accurate and timely order entry, including processing new orders, refills, discharges, and emergency requests.Supervise the call center to deliver professional, customer-focused service.Oversee the creation and maintenance of medical records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Support quality improvement initiatives by investigating issues, documenting outcomes, and implementing solutions.Qualifications :
Education : Registered by the State Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacist and is in good standing as required by state regulations.Experience : Proven leadership experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting; LTC pharmacy experience preferred and the ability to manage large, diverse teams across multiple shifts.Skills : Proficiency in pharmacy systems (Framework, DocuTrack) and operational workflows, strong communication and organizational skills with a customer-first mindset and problem-solving expertise and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.Remedy SeniorCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
