What You'll Do :
- Patient Care : Deliver exceptional care by diagnosing, treating, and creating personalized care plans tailored to each child's needs.
- Growth, Development & Preventative Health : Monitor children's physical and emotional milestones, offering early intervention and educating families on preventive care.
- Patient & Family Education : Support families throughout the pediatric lifecycle, providing guidance and compassionate care from infancy through adolescence.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to best practices and healthcare regulations.
- Collaboration : Work closely with support team members and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for patients.

M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution.Current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in Pennsylvania.Current and unrestricted Pennsylvania DEA license.Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pediatrics.2-3 years of post-residency experience in a pediatric setting.Comfortable in a collaborative, non-hierarchical, team-based environment.Empathy towards patients, families, and caregivers.BLS / ACLS Certification.What We Offer :
