What You'll Do

Coordinate ESRD patient care and services, ensuring safety and comfort.
Deliver the highest level of care while managing a small interdisciplinary team.
Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
Oversee patient observations and collaborate with PCTs for effective care.
Adapt to a fast-paced environment while leveraging your nursing skills.

What You'll Bring

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.

At least 18 months of nursing experience, preferably in critical care.

Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval required.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.

Willingness to supervise and support your clinical team.

Salary, Shifts & Location

Compensation is competitive and based on qualifications and experience. Flexible scheduling is required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position is located at our Erie, PA clinic.
