Responsibilities

Howmet Aerospace is currently in search of an IT Business Architect - Supply Chain , to join our Global Information Services (GIS) Resource Unit at the Howmet Corporate Center in Pittsburgh, PA. The position will report into the Senior Director, Corporate Applications and be part of the Architect team that strives to provide value-add business-driven solutions, through the leverage of right technologies. This role will be capable of building strong relationships across the business, as well as serving as an advocate for technology with plant leadership.

Major Activities :

• Works closely with supply chain functional leaders to create alignment between business and IT.
• The business architect proactively and holistically leads and supports information technology activities that strategically guide business and operating models, people, processes, and technology.
• The IT business architect clarifies strategic intentions, identifies business outcomes, explores implications, impacts, and risks, and addresses stakeholders' questions.
• Helps business leaders and end users understand, apply, valuate, and operationalize existing, new, and emerging technologies to transform and optimize business and operating models.

This will be hybrid role with a 3 day in office expectation. It can be based at one of our large domestic Howmet manufacturing plants or our Corporate location in Pittsburgh, PA - the preferred manufacturing locations being Cleveland OH, Whitehall MI, Niles OH, Hampton VA, & Dover NJ; but open to other major locations.

Salary range : $145 - 165k / year approximation (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skillset, and / or location).
