  • Standard Hours : 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
  • Coverage Needed : Full-time (average of 11 patients per day)
  • Orientation : 4 hours of non-billable orientation

  • Age Group : Adults (ages 18 and older); no complex geriatric patients
  • Average Daily Census : 11 beds
  • Department Services : Includes 5150 services with approximately 7.5% admission rate

    • Work Environment

  • Practice Setting : Hospital-based adult inpatient psychiatry
  • EMR System : Epic
  • Bed Size : 11 beds

    • Compensation and Benefits

  • Overtime Rate : 1.5x the normal rate after 40 hours per week
  • Holiday Rate : 1.5x the normal rate for holidays

    • Job Requirements

  • Board Certification : Required (BC / BE with ABMS or AOA)
  • State License : Minnesota license required (IMLC accepted)
  • Experience : Minimum of 1-2 years in psychiatry is preferred
  • Credentialing Timeframe : Approximately 60 days

  • COVID-19 Vaccine : Not required as per facility guidelines
