You provide the vision, set the pace and inspire success.

In this role, you will be aligned to the project director to drive achievement of key business objectives, specific to contract requirements. This is an opportunity to support all aspects of the co-employment agreement, as appropriate, plus supplements field coaching. You will :

  • Play a significant role in monitoring the interview and hiring process to ensure alignment with agreed upon hiring parameters, field implementation timelines and overall project objectives
  • Manage the employment process, offer through start, with candidate, customer, and appropriate Syneos Health personnel, under the direction of the project director
  • Identify training needs and support efforts in training, development and coaching of all direct reports
  • Maintain consistent and open communication with field sales team and appropriate personnel, as needed
  • Drive Syneos Health connectivity with field personnel, pulling through the Syneos Health culture and communicating business updates
  • Assist in the understanding and compliance of co-employment guidelines, roles and responsibilities
  • Assist with communication, highlighting the key objectives and opportunities within the IC plans to optimize expectations
  • Oversee data and metrics for assigned areas of responsibility and provide insight into data interpretation to identify proactive solutions

Essential Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-7+ years' pharmaceutical sales management experience OR 4+ years' human resources management experience with a strong focus in employee relations, coaching, and recruiting
  • Experience in coaching for performance improvement including implementation of progressive discipline as it relates to sales or other performance objectives
  • Ability to work out of a home office and travel as required including field rides, trainings and national meetings
  • Successful track record of recruiting and selecting top talent
  • Demonstrated team building and leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively internally and with customers
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy and professionalism plus maintain confidentiality when appropriate
  • Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
