Home Health Physical Therapist Contract Details : $1,910 - $2,076 per week

• 13-week contract Paid by the hour - not by the visit Physical Therapist will have a designated territory of coverage with a set amount of patients Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with OASIS / Medicare Certified Visits
