Executive Housekeeping Manager
Location : Black Butte Ranch, Central Oregon
Compensation : $55,000–$73,000 annually + full benefits (medical, dental, 401k, resort perks)
About the Role
Black Butte Ranch Resort is seeking a Sr. Housekeeping & Rental Services Manager to lead our housekeeping and rental operations. This position oversees housekeeping staff, rental home maintenance and inspections, inventory management, guest services, and private owner cleaning programs. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hospitality experience who can balance daily operations, staff development, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of up to 40 housekeeping staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service
- Oversee all rental property operations, including inspections, preventative maintenance, annual deep cleans, and inventory Maintain accurate records, budgets, payroll, and vendor communications
- Ensure timely and professional communication with homeowners, guests, and the Welcome Center
- Support revenue growth through owner services and housekeeping sales initiatives
- Promote training, safety standards, and compliance across the department
Qualifications
3–5 years of housekeeping and supervisory experience in a hospitality or resort settingStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsBilingual English / Spanish preferredAbility to manage budgets, payroll, and scheduling in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as neededMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied conditionsPerks & Benefits
