Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) – Day & Night Shifts

Location : Nyack Ridge Rehabilitation & Nursing Center – Rockland County, NY

Shifts Available :

  • Day Shift : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM (F / T)
  • Night Shift : 11 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM (Per Diem)

Summary of Duties

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A), you will play an essential role in supporting our residents’ health, dignity, and comfort. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in resident conditions
  • Supporting residents with mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and comfort needs
  • Maintaining compliance with professional standards, policies, and long-term care regulations
  • Performing additional duties as assigned

    • Requirements & Skills

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
  • N.Y.S. Approved C.N.A Certification (mandatory)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a long-term care or subacute setting
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities
