Speech-Language Pathologist – SNF

Location : Lititz, PA

Schedule : Full-time

Setting : Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Overview :

We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a skilled nursing facility team in Lititz, PA . This is a great opportunity to work alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team while making a real impact on residents' communication and swallowing abilities.

Responsibilities :

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders

Create individualized treatment plans based on patient goals

Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nursing staff, and physicians

Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with facility and state standards

Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support progress and outcomes

Qualifications :

Active Pennsylvania SLP license (or eligibility)

SNF or geriatric experience preferred

Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills
