Risk Consultant Independent Risk Management Support

We are seeking a seasoned Risk Consultant to support key Independent Risk Management (IRM) activities.

Location Preferred : West Des Moines, IA (WDM)

Alternate Location Considered : Charlotte, NC (for strong candidates)

Key Responsibilities :

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact across Credit Risk, Independent Testing, or Operational Risk.
• Analyze and resolve multi-faceted, large-scale risk challenges requiring deep evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented scenarios.
• Support operational risk program activities such as :
• Risk assessments
• Control reviews
• Issue management
• Risk analysis
• Monitoring and reporting
• Collaborate strategically with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory expectations.
